Greetings from Ohio

Most of the time when you pass someone on the street and are feeling congenial, you might smile. The customary greeting, if one is offered, is generally a "hello!" or "hi," depending on how you're feeling. Today, however, I was walking on campus and was surprized to be offered a "'sup," with a head nod, as I passed a stranger in my building. I wondered for a moment if I knew him, but then realized it was just his customary greeting. Nice. Livin' in the hood. ;)
